Can I cancel/change my order?

We try our best to meet your wishes.
Until the product has left our warehouse, requests for cancellation can be made by e-mail or phone. You can find our contact details in the imprint. (Please note our office hours)
However, if the product is already on its way to you, we ask you to return the product yourself. (Return shipping costs may apply)

My product does not work!

Do you have a technical problem with your product? You can find help with our products in the support area. Alternatively you can contact us directly.


How can I return my product?

Please contact us before you return your goods! We will send you the return labels and forms.

I don’t like the product:
On our goods is a right of return of 14 days. We ask you to contact us first in this case. After that you can return the goods clean and in their original packaging. As soon as the goods have been received and checked, we will refund the purchase price. In this case we cannot refund the return shipping costs.

The product is defective:
In case of a defect, please contact us directly so that we can find a solution together with you.

Please enclose your invoice/confirmation and place the return address clearly and legibly on the return package.

Info: Goods purchased from other dealers cannot be returned to us!

Was my payment successful?

For security reasons, the payment process includes several verification stages. The amount due for your order will be debited from your Bank/PayPal account after the order and payment have been processed and approved. In the event that no payment is received after the order has been submitted, we will automatically cancel your order without notice.
